Uni-Travel Ltd operates both as Travel Agents and Tour Operators and as such have to deal with various legislative bodies from both the EU and UK – these include CAA (Civil Aviation Authority), lATA (The International Air Transport Association, ABTA (The Association of British Travel Agents) as well as the usual culprits of VAT man, Tax Man and Trading Standards. All of these bodies require accurate and understandable accounts information and for almost 30 years Fari Minaeian and his staff have successfully kept us on the straight and narrow. Hanleys provide all our accountancy services including full audit and payroll and I guess we could get these services elsewhere but it’s the staff that offer that little bit extra – there’s always a friendly welcome from reception when I visit – a cup of coffee almost before I take my coat off. Linda Hatton looks after our payroll- she really is very patient and always delivers on late or difficult requests. Mark Wright (AFA) and his team visit for our annual audit and again this is carried out with the minimum of fuss and disruption.
